PSA 16
PSA 16 is an important part of the Government’s strategy for ensuring that some of the most vulnerable people in our communities are helped to achieve two important outcomes:
- A sustainable home
- A sustainable and meaningful job or training
Although the PSA focuses on only four client groups and other groups of people are affected by homelessness the focus on the four groups of people can provide the leverage for creating more wide spread change and outcomes.
The four groups identified by PSA 16 are:
- People Experiencing Mental Health Distress
- Care Leavers
- Offenders
- People with Learning Difficulties
